Maintenance:

Daily maintenance is as simple as wiping with a damp sponge. (the more often you clean it, the less often there'll be stains)

Regular care:

Stubborn stains such as tea, coffee, or milk can be removed using a mild detergent with water and a soft brush.

An orange-oil based cleaner works extremely well on ink, glue, oily, and mineral based stains. Avoid the edges and seams of laminate.

If this proves ineffective,  apply a baking soda paste with the same brush. 30 seconds of scrubbing should do the trick. Be careful, don't scrub too hard or you might dull the finish. (Don't use this method on gloss laminates)

Stains that resist removal at this point may require diluted bleach or acetone. Be careful, as these chemicals also dissolve the countertop if allowed to remain too long.(1-2 min.) Do not scrub. Try to apply directly on the stain. Rinse and dry thoroughly

Countertops can be damaged by heat. Always use a oven pad, trivet or butcher-block..

Things to Avoid:

In short, if it's under your sink, don't put it on your countertop or cabinets.
